Jeten Parboo – Founder & Director

I started my career as a graduate in a CA firm, which, if I must be honest, didn’t work out too well! So, like any young Kiwi I took a few years off to backpack and volunteer around the world, travelling over 55 countries, and spending time volunteering in Peru, China and India. Once I got back to the reality of life, I pursued my corporate career, which quickly progressed into senior management, working in a complex international company, managing the finance and operation functions. My last corporate role was at a private company as CFO, managing a large team. 

Over the last five years I also owned and managed my own business in Finance, Property, Healthcare and Fitness building over $8m of income generating assets. By leveraging these incomes, I have been able to  climb the property ladder more rapidly, investing in over five properties generating unrealised wealth.  Combined with my corporate experiences and small business I have gained an holistic approach to businesses both big and small. I always say, “I am big picture with small numbers”. My passion is to grow wealth through creating diverse income streams that lead to a better lifestyle with more options.

Today, I am a proud dad and married to my beautiful wife, who supports and shares our vision and goals for our family. As a Christian for the last five years, my faith has been central to my life and  helping me make decisions with integrity.  We are blessed to be able to use our wealth to support a number of charities in NZ and abroad, including sponsoring over seven children with a goal to help as many as we can in the future.

Mark Macgaling – Marketing Consultant

Mark has a proven record of success in assisting startups to become highly profitable, and passionate about helping businesses reach their full potential.

Mark has spearheaded the growth of multiple Kiwi Businesses, one in particular in 2015, increasing the company’s turnover from 2.5 million to 5.2 million annually in twenty months. He implemented a bespoke strategy that facilitated and cultivated success. He continues to develop this structure and is now helping other businesses find the same success. Mark has a real passion for Sales and Marketing.

With over twelve years of leading highly successful marketing companies, more than seven years of Google experience, over three years of Social Media experience, and half a decade of intensive consulting expertise. He has consulted for sole traders and medium size businesses.

Mark spends his spare time with his family and faithful dog, Luna. You will see all of them together most weekends.

Mark aims to change the outlook and reputation of the Sales & Marketing industry. Mark believes tailored strategies should be available to all businesses.

Kim Allen – Sales & Management Consultant

Kim is an international speaker and author. He is also the accomplished CEO of three businesses in NZ and a senior executive of three major blue chip companies in the UK with over forty years of experience in Sales and Marketing. Kim has managed and coached senior management and teams for YP Sales, Norwich Union, and Barclays Bank in the UK. He is an accomplished and inspirational cogent leader, expert problem solver and business growth specialist.

Kim has coordinated re-structures, social engineering, and transformational change and has inspired thriving and outperforming cultures.
Kim is renowned for making changes that have impacted sales performance and business growth, coordinating and formulating key strategies for large corporates. Specialising in results-driven organisations strategies for growth, Kim is renowned for achieving results whille overcoming challenges, driven by persistence and self-belief.

Having spent a great deal of his time deliberating in board rooms and initiating strategical changes that impacted the bottom line, Kim is well versed in healthy collaborative leadership styles—a strong supporter of profiling staff.

Daveena Gundolah – Senior Accountant (ACCA)

Daveena holds a Bachelor of Business and is a Chartered Accountant.
She has previously held roles in the property and insurance industries. With a personal and proactive approach Daveena works behind the scenes preparing statements. She is tasked with the responsibility of making sure all deadlines are met and accounts are filed with respective authorities.

She is always there to help clients at every step of the way, either it will be Xero training, answering queries or helping with asssiting with ad hoc projects.

Daveena loves spending time with her son during her spare time and trying new cooking recipes.
